A lot happens in your babies first year. Blink and you’ll miss it!

This one hour baby photography or ‘Sitter’ session is shorter than my full family session and is the perfect way to make sure you never forget those special milestones. Whether your little one has recently mastered the art of grabbing their toes & doing push-ups or they have just learned to sit & love to play peek-a-boo, this is the session for you.

This session is suitable for babies between three months and one year old so is ideal if you want photos to celebrate your baby’s first birthday. If your baby is under three months please look at the Newborn Photography page or contact Kate to discuss your options.

GORGEOUS

We had a lovely experience at Kate Kirkby’s studio. My husband and I were pretty exhausted after only a few hours sleep that night but after a cup of tea and biscuits in Kate’s cosy studio we felt relaxed and revived! Baby B was also calm and completely chilled for most of the photo shoot. And the results were absolutely gorgeous!

YOUR BABY PHOTOSHOOT

During the session we will mainly focus on taking photos of your baby but there will be a chance to take one or two family shots and a sibling photo. If you would like individual photos of your other children and a wider selection of family photos, then you will need to book a longer Family Session.

Most people choose to do this session in the studio but if you would prefer an outdoor session is also an option. Outdoor sessions are only recommended once your baby can sit.

Kate did a superb job with our family photos despite a shy toddler! She was incredibly patient, listened to what we wanted but also came up with her own suggestions, and the finished photos are amazing. I would definitely recommend.

PRICING

All sessions require a £99 non-refundable deposit in order to secure your photoshoot which will be deducted from your final payment. At your viewing session, which will be one or two weeks after your shoot. You will be able to select one of the collections below.
